Yeah- I've gone over calories and stuff through the 15 months. But on like Thanksgiving a ran a 10K so I could eat what I wanted to. It's time to give my body a break I think.

I freeze unsweetened almond milk into ice cubes and blend my protein with that and a little water. Works great for a nice consistency. More water for thinner, less for thicker. I use MuscleTech Elite Plus protein - 140 calories/30g protein per scoop.

In my opinion it's not easier or harder for either guys or girls. It's all in the mind. The harder you work and the more disciplined you are, the better results you will see.
