Drink water, eat low cal foods, like celery, pickles... I can do a green salad with lemon juice, too. Sometimes, I just need to chew, so gum helps. If you stay constantly hungry over time, you may need to adjust yr calories to a higher level to satisfy your body.

All my previously too small jeans have passed fitting and are sagging. Today, at COSTCO, dh told me grab a pair. Cannot try them on there, so I grabbed an 8. Figured they would fit eventually. I shop thrift stores. I my area, Goodwill is oretty good. I can get jeans for under 10 dollars, often with tags! I dont feel a bit bad taking them back to donate later either! Lol
