Sorry I can't say I experienced it myself but my best friend at work had similar issues. With the stress and anxiety she made the decision to concentrate on one problem at a time. That's great. I just recently fit into a size 12 jean and while they are a little tight it is a great feeling to be able to wear something I haven't been able to for over 20 years.

absolutely. Every time I turn on my WII fit Yoga the cats have to come and observe. Often they try to sit on the platform and wind around my legs.

Hi i am 41 and always looking for support feel free to add me as a friend. It is becoming really tough to lose weight now that I am older in spite of exercising my but off and reducing calorie intake.

I biked to work. It is a one hour (10 mile) round trip and I threw in a extra 20 minute detour today to drop a book off at the library.

I am also finding it harder. I turned 41 this year and it seems to take so much more work just to lose a little weight. It is hard to stay motivated some times.

Don't beat yourself up about it. Move on, tomorrow is another day. In a meeting today I probably ate over 2000 calories in cookies. I could not stop myself. I even took leftovers back to my desk and finished up the package. It happens, and I just try to eat better the next time.

I spend 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I have suffered chronic joint and back pain for over five years and find I just have to push through it. If I exercise it hurts but if I don't exercise it hurts even more. I try swimming two days a week and use machines that do not put a lot of pounding on my joints (i.e I avoid the treadmill).

As a lot of people have said it depends on your build. I am currently around 5' 1" and 150lbs. My doctor recommended getting down to around 135lbs.

I always weigh naked so I can just get a pure baseline. Wearing clothes means taking into consideration how much they weigh.

How do I find this other group? I am just starting to freely accept that I am an atheist it is great to have others to communicate with. I was raised in a family that did and still takes faith in God very seriously and I never felt I really belonged as much as I love them. Even now I would not discuss my feelings with them.

Don't feel to bad. I am 41 years old and just checked out a new kids on the block Cd from the library. I also love listening to Disney animated film soundtracks especially Shrek.

Most of the time I am not to adventurous. However growing up in the country we use to capture snapping turtles and make stew. I also enjoy calamari and escargot.

I am a morning person and love doing my workouts early. I just don't have the energy by the time I get a full day of work and school completed. I was so happy when my employer started opening the fitness center at 5am.

I don't usually have problems with exercise I do that in spite of everything. My problem is cravings. About two days before I start and throughout the entire time its all about sweets especially chocolate. I gave in to the hot fudge sundae yesterday.

Unfortunately I do not have any problems eating my calories. There are a lot of times I go over. I am looking for ways to not feel hungry but still stay at or below my daily goal.
