  • welcome. I can totally relate as a mother, student and full time worker I need all the encouragement I can get to keep up with my weight loss routine. I would be happy to be a friend.
  • The samoans are my favorite as well. I do not buy them anymore because it is two easy to eat the whole box. I cannot seem t control myself.
  • I only weigh myself and do it at the same time every morning. I don't see any point in weighing in everyday the weight just does not come off that fast.
  • Would be happy have more online buddies. I really need support to keep my eating under control. Really lost it over the holidays.
  • As an non repentant omnivore I feel no resentment towards vegetarians. I strongly believe everyone is entitled to their choices. So I will respect the right of people to choose to be vegan. However I expect the same respect for my choice to continue to eat meat. It works both ways.
  • No need to feel alone. I have done the same thing. My father gave me a box of chocolates for the holidays and I ate it in one day. I just can't leave things sitting around especially if it is sweets.

  • Weekends are always the worst for me. I exercise intensely the five workdays but then find myself sitting around doing almost nothing on the weekends. Then with nothing do I scavenge for food all day. Getting back to work is always easier since I stay busy and on my feet most of the time.
  • I am having difficulties with this as well. This is the first time I have signed up for a community like this and I am afraid to find friends. I prefer waiting for someone else to make the first move. However I feel I need a support community since my weight and health have stagnated and I am not sure how to get it kick…
  • I find this really tough. My son is away at college but when he was home for winter break my husband and I restocked the house with his favorite foods. I found it next to impossible to not increase my eating while he was home. Whenever possible I try to teach my son to eat healthy as my husband and I do.
