You didn't mention you couldn't do situps (you can do those straight legged), oblique twists with weights, cardio punching or punching bag, and swimming are some things that come to mind that you could do without over exerting your knee. (not a doctor, just an opinion)

angel79202- Thank you for the suggestions, I've not heard of edamame till now. It sounds good. I've heard good things about Greek yogurt but it seems a bit to high in price for me at the moment. Saruman_w - Generally I prepare my meats from raw not canned, but I will have to try that with my tuna. Thank you for the…

Awesome job :) Stick with your goals and I hope that you post your next success pictures when you reach your goal of losing another 40 lbs.

Welcome to the site first off. Congrats on taking the first few steps to a healthier you. Now comes the fun stuff- how much you lose will depend on a bunch of different things, instead of focusing on losing such a large amount in such a short amount of time why not focus on making a healthier you. You're body is going to…

I will not give into the cookies down stairs. I've worked this hard, I will stay on track.

You can track your sodium by going to foods-settings- and choosing sodium in one of the drop down menus.

Core strengthening exercises like plank will help but from what I've read you'll get killer abs by eating a good diet and losing body fat. Once you get to a certain amount of body fat your abs will start showing themselves, you already have awesome muscle there it's just covered right now.

When I did go to the gym I started with walking/ running to get myself warmed up. I asked questions about the machines I wasn't sure of and tried everything out. However, you may want to start with a simple warm up, then figure out if you want to do upper/lower/full body workouts. Rotating the workout throughout the week…

I am not very good at looking at diaries to make suggestions, but I noticed that you don't seem to drink any water or don't track it. Try tracking your sodium too, maybe some of your weight is because you have high amounts of salt in your diet. That may help. Also I noticed looking over your April logs that you were over…

I believe that some people have said that the protein is set low on the site, so I wouldn't worry to much on going over it. I'm not sure on carbs though. I think the main thing to look at is the calories in verses calories out.

I've not had that problem, but I have noticed that my boobs have lost their fullness. I lost weight around my sides and that actually let me see where my boobs stopped lol. I would suggest padded bras, I had/have to have them to feel comfortable since I get cold way too often.

If you are intimidating then it may not be how you are acting/talking, it could just be how you present yourself. If you are confident in yourself and you don't back down when you think something is wrong then that could be intimidating. If you see that you can change something that others think impossible, then with that…

That's more of a personal choice. If you think that changing your activity would be good then go for it. If you miss a day of exercise or cut down on your exercise you may want to eat less on those days since you will have the defect set to have that added to your daily intake allowance.

Make sure to drink enough water. Exercise is helpful (but not necessary to lose weight). Don't take everything "bad" for you out at once. Remember moderation when eating. Stay positive. Take measurements and pictures, so when the scale won't budge you can still see a difference and not give up.
-
Take pictures and compare them side by side with what you started at. Also a great way to actually see how the weight is coming off.

If the guy can't even tell you in person he wasn't worth your time.

I have only had one tattoo done so this is more of an opinion then anything else. I don't think sweat is going to hurt the tattoo, however it may not feel the greatest, also anything that rubs across it, like a shirt is going to cause some discomfort but it shouldn't be unbearable. You can always have the tattoo lightly…

Great NSVs :)

Take measurements to see how your body is changing. The scale may not be moving but with that much exercise and if you are staying in your calorie limit I'm sure you will be losing inches. (not a doctor just trying to be positive)

Hate to say it... you could have developed an allergy or intolerance to them. Allergies can start or stop at any time. If it keeps up I would about an allergy test. I developed an allergy to poultry, among other things, in high school but it stopped after I gave birth to my son. Didn't know it till I had an allergy test…

Sounds like a nice guy. These pictures may not mean anything to you but they seem to still have meaning to him. My suggestion is; instead of placing all the pictures on the walls making you feel so claustrophobic, maybe place them in a scrap book or photo album that can easily be displayed on a table but not out all the…

Keep your goals in mind. Make them a constant thought whenever you go to give into the cravings. Is a serving of this or that really worth throwing all the hard work away? Remember if you do eat chocolate (which some studies show to be good for you), do it in moderation. Nothing wrong with having a bit here and there.…

Can't see the pictures without going to the link directly. Congrats on your weight loss. You look great.

Personally I go by measuring cup. I don't have a scale. I'll start with whatever I'm working with, like a carrot- cut it up and put it in the cup. When I go to log it I select the whole item and select chopped however much it was.

Congrats :)
