Yep, I definitely log my alcohol, because whether it's beer, wine or mixed drinks, they are chocked full of calories. I eat what I want as long as it's within my calories. But you will find that if you eat healthier, lighter foods, you can eat more frequently and feel better. I count my fruits and veggies. They have calories too. And it's good to look back to see how well you're doing with your fruits & veggies.

I agree. It doesn't work if you don't log everything in everyday. I don't have a smart phone. If I can't get to a computer right away, I write it down to log in for later. And I have found that I'm getting better at guestimating calories for foods, because I can remember what the different components of that meal are…

Love Sushi! Haven't met a roll I didn't like:O) Also addicted to the Seaweed Salad and Miso soup. When I go out, instead of ordering several different rolls and stuffing myself, I pick 1 roll and my partner picks out a different roll and we split them. I start with a seaweed salad and soup. It works out really well.

I'm a RN. I've seen quite a few people in their 30's have heart attacks from lack of exercise and poor diet. I don't want to be a statistic. And I really want to buy clothes in the regular stores instead of Lane Bryant. I want some cool clothes, and I want to look good in them.
