I've had asthma for over 30 years. I would suggest visiting your doctor. If you're having problems, then it's not well controlled. I only have 2 tattoos, but I want more:O) And I figure once I lose all this excess weight, those tattoos will look even better. I have a large fairy tattoo on my back and a meat cleaver on my right thigh. None of them ever see the light of day. How sad is that?

I find it difficult to workout post-night shift before bed. I work 12hr shifts. I don't do much of anything on my work days but eat, shower and sleep. A couple of times I've taken a sleeping pill and then worked out, so the exercise wouldn't wake me up too much before bed. It worked out okay.

Yeah, I get confused on my days off. The days I work, breakfast is around 4pm. Lunch at midnight. Bedtime snack around 5 or 6am. But sometimes I like to be awake during the daylight hours.
