I put them in Chili. I also made them as a side dish for Fajita Dinners. I just warm them up with some red onions and bacon ( not healthy I know, but delicious!) I also throw them on salads to help fill me up.

I used to never drink water EVER. Hated it too. But started making myself drink it. Now I am up to 8 glasses a day, sometimes 10, and truly crave it if I don't have it. I've been on Celexa nad Ativan, and they made me lose weight becuase I just wasnt hungry, but they gave me energy to workout.
