First of all...congrats on the loss of 56lbs!!! Have you tried increasing your water intake. I just learnd that we are suppose to drink 1/2 our body weight in water daily. So, 80 oz spread out during the day should help. Me on the other hand, Hard to get in 65 oz daily. I might as well stand in the bathroon all day…

I am having the exact same issue! My doctor told me to start taking Melatonin about 30 minutes prior to going to sleep. I've been doing this for two weeks now and it doesn't seem to be working. He told me to double the dosage. I was taking 10mg each nigh, I am going to start taking 20mg.

Actually, started Testosterone treatment 4 weeks ago! Not sure but I think I'd rather have Manapause than what you women go through!
