I started work where there was a canteen and devoured alot, I found the only way to stop buying all the food is to take my own and no money. If you've no reason to go to the store at lunch time you won't go and you won't buy them. Don't get me wrong- a treat is all well and good as long as it's something you genuinely want.

I'm 5ft 1 and a bit (the bit matters) and I was 145lbs but I did get heavier but I refused to weigh myself I was easily a UK 14 bottoms and 16 top. That was when I was in a 6 yr relationship which started at 16 Now down to a 10 bottom and 12 top as 130lbs as a single 24!

I'm 5'1.5 Goal weight is 120 but I'm starting to feel happier now I've reached 131 so I'll be ecstatic at 125. I'm going to start weights soon so I know my weight will increase so my ideal size is 8 on the bottom and 10 on the top. :smile:

I know a few people who swear by the Paleo diet (caveman style) and the results they've shown are amazing, they too like me run alot but I couldn't do it- I heart potatoes, cheese and pizza too much.

I'd bet money that it's muscle- I know when that first started to lose "weight" a few years back I only had to look at my calves and thighs to see what was going on- my stomach didn't look tighter although I'd lost the inches. I guess what I'm saying is the muscle might not be initially where you'd expect.
