As long as your smart about what you log in, you should be ok. If you know you have a 6 oz skirt steak, that was cooked in butter its obviously not going to be on the lower end of the spectrum.

I'm 5'5 (which I guess isn't that tall) and my thighs (highest point) are 20.5 inches.

I did Atkins, but it only lasted 2 months. I will tell you, you will drop weight really quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks. However, once you start eating carbohydrates again, you will gain it back with a vengeance. Not only will you gain the weight you lost back, but you will pack on a few extra pounds. The worst part…

Yes! I started at 205, I think. I may have been higher than that, but that was the highest number I saw on the scale. I currently weigh 163, and I am 5'5. My ultimate goal is between 128-125. Please feel free to add me for support!!

Hi, my name is Pi, and I am a daily weigh-er. LOL. I am 25, and I currently weigh 164. My starting weight was 205 (January of 2011), and my goal weight is 125. I love weighing myself everyday. Yes, there are crazy fluctuations, but I can handle them :)
