My advice would be always check the MFP database. It helps immensely. If you have a smart phone or iphpone, there is an app as well. Always check and see if what there is available to eat is in fact edible (health wise). Having 1 order of a 4 piece chicken Mcnugget isn't as bad as the 10 piece... ect. :) You can still eat…

Sorry, I changed that. Also, for the first girly... skim milk/nonfat milk has natural, unfattening sugar in it. That won't bother you I don't think. I'm mostly concerned with the sugar in my protein shakes. It's confusing :/

Also, I thought I should add... I'm always trying to get more calories in, so that's why I have snacks or something, but then that bothers the rest of my values like protein, blah. I haven't gained anything from the sugar intake, but I'm just wondering if it's bad for my eating?

Hmm... Vegetable stir fry. I make it all the time. I've also realized that it tastes great without a lot of saucy stuff in it. Just a few dashes of pepper and soy garlic.. all set :)

I think thte most important thing is that sometimes you need that one day where you have a meal and pig out. I usually just eat something light in the morning, then have that thing I'm craving at lunch so it doesn't hit me at night. I reward myself. I had Taco Bell last night, and it was DAMN delicious. All I know is, you…

I bake the sweet potato (don't forget to fork it) for an hour at 400 farenheit in the oven. Add 1 tablespoon Smart Balance Buttery Spread 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon sugar (mixed together with cinnamon)... It's actually under 140 cals I believe... but I'm full every time I eat this. Mmmm.

Salt and Vinegar Chips .... and BUFFALO CHICKEN. So good. In mah mouth. I had some yesterday for dinner after working out for over an hour, and I STILL felt guilty. I even drank 16 cups of water that day to prepare myself for the salt intake, haha. I deserved it, though :P

I feel your pain :( I work very early, so I have the first two meals of the day all set.. and then when I come home I'm exhausted. I usually nap after lunch, and then feel like crap after. I've found that going straight after work to do my workout helps out A LOT. It sucks, but it's worth it in the end. Plus, you'll sleep…

I was diagnosed with my thryoid disease 2 and a half years ago. It's also hereditary. My uncle suffers from Type II Diabetes, and Hypothyroidism. My mother was also recently diagnosed with Hypo. I've been chubby ever since I was born, so I'm pretty sure my body is just made to be heavy set. I took a few blood tests when I…

My aunt has been a distributor of Herbalife for almost 25 years, and she swears by it. She has a very dangerous heart condition, and basically HAS to stay in shape, or she could potentially die. Of course, this is a woman who exercises and eats healthy regularly. I just started the program about two weeks ago, and I've…

Well, I knew that. I've just researched that there was a slight difference after weight loss. But thank you!

Also, maybe I'm just bloated??
