  • Mhm, DEFINITELY a good idea. I do the same pretty often. I also zig zag my calories some weeks... and for some reason, I am super sensitive to sodium/water weight. Be careful with sodium. That's a given for anyone though.

  • Herbalife! It's expensive, but it's so worth it. I replace Breakfast and Lunch with a protein shake, and have small snacks in between. The whole program is amazing. I've lost more inches than ever.

  • I've heard that a lot of the Nutrisystem products contain a lot of salt (mostly because they are all processed). Sodium is the end all be all of weight loss.   • I finished day 2 last night as well! Since I started on Tuesday, my thighs are KILLING ME. Ironic too, since I've been running/getting better in shape for the past two months.   • Awesome plann! Good balance. However, carrots aren't all that bad for you, and aren't exactly empty calories. They have an awesome amount of fiber, help prevent cancer, and even can make your teeth stronger! I only eat carrots 3 times a week, but don't limit their capabilities.

  • Try eating more clean foods. If you make your own food, then you can eat more. Have 5 ounces of chicken, and big bowl of veggies with some seasoning and lite butter. It won't be very calorific.
  • Your weight fluctuates every single day, so I would recommend only recording it one day per week. I weigh myself probably ever 3 days, but I only ever record it on Thursdays. It'll frustrate you less as well :)
