the schedule and fit test is fixed! sorry it's cut off on the very far right side a little bit, but nothing important is cut off, just basically 2 letters and the border!

oh crap! i didn't realize that it didn't turn out. I'll get that fixed in just a few! thanks for letting me know! It really does feel great to get back into the swing of it all, I missed doing it! and i can't wait to start insanity.

I finished day 7 today, still can't get it all completely through, I tried doing the knee jump ins, insted of step ins yesterday and it hurt my back so bad, that I won't be trying that again!

I take mine first thing in the morning, I don't know a whole lot about them but I think they run a bit of a placebo effect for me, I feel they 'kick start' my day.

i'm intrigued about sugaring.. I haven't waxed in years since the first few times I did it the pain scarred me, but i've been considering trying it again.. i think i'll go straight to sugaring to give it a shot..

I range from 1100 to 1600 a day, depending on if i worked out & how much or how long for, but I find my range is about 1300 on most days. Anyone is welcome to add me, my diary is open and i welcome comments and opinions always!

Just finished day one on level 2, and I thought I was going to die. I couldn't even do all the easy moves on some of them! I feel like i've started from the beginning again! Hopefully tomorrow goes better.

Just finished day 9! I can breathe today! I've lost 3 pounds so far, I haven't checked my measurements, but i'll have to soon since I am doing the hunger games challenge, so hopefully i see some improvement there! My pants still don't fit so i know im not there yet!

day 8 done! I'm feeling a burn again, and my abs are definitely feeling it, but i'm down another pound and feeling fantastic about that! I might even check out see how my favourite pants are doing, hopefully the fit soon since the weather is getting nice! Good job everybody!
