Thanks guys! I was just curious if I need to worry or if it is OK as long as my body doesn't show symptoms associated with too much sodium. I appreciate all of the input :) Guess I will just ignore it for now!

That helps a lot because I weigh close to the same amount. Thank you!!

Yes very helpful. Thank you!!! I want to up it a bit more eventually but it's difficult on low calories. Thanks so much for sharing your experience :)

Thank you!! I will be. I have a lot on my plate. Three kids the younger two are nonverbal and have autism and I am a full-time pre-pharmacy student with no car. Lol. I decided to spend a week or two getting comfortable eating more protein and then up my strength training routine to something more consistent.

I also have had an ED (eating disorder). But also for me lately I find I am eating healthier/lower calorie foods so I feel full faster because I am eating MORE as far as mass or size. Like one burger vs a huge salad. The salad is less calories but more filling. Did you change what you're eating and if so could that be part…

I'd go there to celebrate nothing. Any excuse is a good one. lol

I say simply look up "raw potato" or "cooked potato" and the type of potato and do it that way. Easier than wondering. lol
-
People EAT that? o_o
-
I think they dislike math and think it's too much work to track everything they eat, honestly. And want to believe 1 donut is less fattening than a large salad.

440 calories in a hazelnut snickers. I thought it was 220 and I had only eaten 1/4 of it when I realized it was 110 calories I ate vs 55 calories. I was thinking man am I glad I didn't eat it all because I'd have gone over my daily allowance lol. If it seems weird that I was surprised it's because I don't eat much candy or…

MFP does over estimate in my opinon. 2500 should be plenty, I think. And at your weight you will probably lose really fast. :) If you can, try adding a little exercise, even if it's seated! If standing is an issue even stretching for a half hr while you watch tv or toe touches, etc can be better than not moving at all.

People don't realize a teaspoon is a flat/level teaspoons, for example... so what you think is a teaspoon of calories might be three times as much. It is safer to weigh portions when you need to lose weight.

I still love butter bread and pasta. No regrets here lol. I'm told I ate raw meat as a toddler. I'm a vegetarian.
-
Not me. I was average (B/C) but then I had kids and I am closer to a D now... I have lost 70ish lbs and am pretty much the same size. Very little loss.

I don't even understand not ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I love that place lol
-
Thank you! I will look into that for sure.

Ew. I absolutely positively HATE peanut butter. Literally hate it. One of my most hated foods. + highly allergic to banana. I don't like fresh peanuts either. Almonds are good. Almond butter? Lol.
-
or the opposite! The foods that bother me are not on the list but everyone is different right? So it could be something similar...

I've been a vegetarian for 12 years. Vegetarian does not mean I ate healthy or even ate vegetables... I barely ate vegetables except in greasy food. If I ate take out it was breaded cauliflower, breaded mushrooms, nachos covered in veggies and cheese, veggie sandwiches on lots of bread or in a wrap with lots of sauce,…

I do now. I hated it then I tried it once more on a whim from a chinese place and it was good. I think I was having it cooked wrong...didnt want to buy it at home unless I liked it. There are different types? That confuses me lol anyway I like it when its either completely soft falling apart or crunchy/fried. I dont like…

Foe. Because they will cause me to asphyxiate lol Also, they're higher calorie than other fruits or vegetables that I'd prefer.

Noooooo please let me die instead! lol. I HATE yogurt! I seriously can not get it down with all of the gagging. Lol. I actually just went to try one right now but it smelled so rancid I gave it to my kids lmso! Mother of the year...they love yogurt though. Maybe as a smoothie.... maybe! I will need to try it. I strongly…

Maybe mixing certain ones? Who knows. Ok I will try it. I did have more veggies yesterday than I have listed today so maybe my body is just like woahhh hold on I'm still digesting lol. I had peas, carrots, celery, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, etc etc yesterday. Lol. Among others.

They contain probably tons of stuff. They are still premade/refrigerated. But no I eat those all the time. Never bother me so that wouldn't be it. The only change is the vegetables...maybe the cottage cheese?
-
I honestly thought I was....I thought I wasn't eating enough? I don't eat a lot at a time as far as vegetablles. It's like 6 baby carrots at a time with 3 sticks of celery as I said. I do love spinach so I eat a lot of that even if it makes me full. But again I didn't realize it was 800g of fruit and veg for the entire…

Probably portion size then. I weigh everything I eat so it's definitely 1300-1400. It's a bit over 1300 actually. When I eat carrots it's only like 6 baby carrots at a time, 3 sticks of celery when I eat celery. A whole cucumber. For sausage I have 1 patty at a time (45-80 calories depending on the brand and 6-10g protein…
-
Omg I thought you meant protein LOL! I was like WOAHHH I may not be a dietician but that's bs haha
-
Thanks! Again I am new to this. I am a taco, pizza, mountains of cheese, chips and pasta person... I really don't know what to drop and keep. I sure have missed egg yolks though so that's good to read. I thought I was still not even eating enough vegetables so maybe I am overdoing it which is why I feel so full? I am going…
-
I will be honest that I am clueless about what enough vegetables is per day... I was trying to eat a bit healthier since I'm always tired/sick (I may have an autoimmune disease). I probably need to look up what's necessary. Maybe I am over the needed value :/ The listed is about 100g protein. I was told 0.8-1g per lb of…

and if you meant exactly the cream cheese is 30g, cottage cheese is 113g off the top of my head... the only thing I dont always weigh is celery because I didnt see a grams listing and celery is very low calorie. I only eat about 3 sticks at a time.
