Thanks everyone! I think I am going to get the polar ft4 since that is the one I am seeing the most positive reviews for. I look forward to really see how many calories I am burning! Can you use the polar ft4 to track daily calorie burn too?

I was doing c25k and yesterday finished day 1 of week 4. I've enjoyed it and can tell a differene. (ive never been a runner) But unfortunately I have an ankle injury so I am going to take some time off of running to see if it goes away. Once it feels better I plan on picking it back up :)

Thanks everyone! I ordered an armband for my phone the other day. Just waiting for it to get here-hopefully it fits. I bought the C25k program for my phone and I also am using Endomondo to track my speed and an estimate of calories. Not sure how accurate it is because of walking and jogging. Not really sure which setting…

Completed week 3, day 1 today! yay! I've never been a runner and I was suprised I made it through the 3 min run (jogging for me) sections. I'm 5'2" and around 120ish and I agree with you completely! I have a lower body weight wear larger clothes and I HATE bathing suit season because everything shows ! but my sister that weighs more than me and is taller looks completely different being petite is tough sometimes lol
