totally agree. A nice fresh white flesh fish is the best for a non fishy fish. Oily fish Salmon, Trout, Mackerel etc have a more distinct taste that some love and some don't.

Thought I better add, you don't have 18 weeks to lose weight. You have the rest of your life to improve your health, you may have a big event in 18 weeks time, but this is just one event in what hopes to be a great future full of many more events you would want to be a healthy for.

2lb/week for someone who is not obese is pushing it. I think 18-27lb is a good target range, and will get you into the healthy weight range so far as BMI is concerned. That being said take some measurements and go to a body fat calculator (http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/) and see what is a healthy range for you.
