I use quick oats add my fruit, water and microwave for apron 2 min. Instead of sweetener I add a scoop of protein powder so that I get a little extra protein as well with the oatmeal helps to keep me full longer. I have never liked oatmeal but now I love it!

430 calories....LOL I just at three whoppers for over 1100 calories... had a really stressful day! Going exercise my *kitten* off tomorrow to make up for it! Tomorrow is a new day - just don't do it all the time - that is my philosphy!
