I have tried going off of my meds and relying on exercise and diet and you know what?! I had to go back on my meds.....you can find anything you want on the internet.....even…

I am working my way through the Kay Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell. I'm on From Potter's Field now. I read the paper version....not interested in reading off of a screen.

Eat two servings of fruit then add a third after a week or so. Do the same with veggies and cut your portions back slowly. I know that when I went "cold turkey"…

I had to respond to this!! OMG! I always thought that I would have to "do without" the food I loved because I was trying to lose weight!! LOL Then I could never figure out why my "dieting" didn't last and I couldn't lose weight and I'd get discouraged until finally the light bulb went on and stayed on instead of just…

Thanks for this...I do an intensive MMA training program two days a week with a guy that trains MMA fighters so losing muscle won't be the problem. I actually just started calorie counting because I lost 8lbs training and haven't lost a single pound in probably over a month. He told me it's my diet and to start counting…

My NSG would be to be able to wear a bikini this summer and not feel like the "fat chick". Also to be able to put on my size 10 jeans and not have a muffin top or any squish what-so-ever coming from anywhere.......lofty goals for me in the past but I am motivated to do it now!!!
