I'm following a low carb plan, but I found that Kroger's Carbmaster yogurt satisfy my desire for something cold and sweet. Only 80 calories, 3 net carbs and 12 grams of protien. I look forward to most evenings when things are finally calming down to enjoy my tasty treat.
