For me it is like clockwork that I gain when I ovulate. I just try to up my water intake and not let it get me down because it usually comes off the week after with no issues.

I am a stress eater, but I have noticed that since I started being committed to trying to get my exercise done in the mornings it is a little easier for me to control. Feel free to add me and I will lend what support I can. :smile:

My daughter has been a distance runner for years and has struggled with serious shin splints for the last year. Ice is the way to go. If you freeze small dixie cups full of water, they are the perfect size to roll on those shins. Good luck!

I am 47 and anyone can add me. It may be harder for my weight to come off for me but I finally have a different mindset this time around. I realized I am finally doing it for me and not because someone thought I should or just as support for someone else. :smile:

Hi. You can go to your "goals" and select change goals. Once you do that, you have the choice to customize them. Hope that helps.:smile:
