I have gone through 3 sets of earphones this year, 1 of them just quit working & the other 2 kept constantly slipping out. At the suggestion of another runner friend, I bought the ones that go over the top of your ear & have not had any problems with them coming out. I think they are made by sony or jbl?

^Don't give up. Listen to your body, don't push it. Take a few days off if needed. My only advise is to give it time, your leg/calf muscles are not used to the hard impact that running does. If possible, try running on softer surfaces like trails. I would definitely continue doing the RICE (rest, ice, compression &…

The weight coming off may be a bit slower but it is not impossible. I think of it like a marathon race. You may not be the fastest runner but you WILL cross the finish line as long as you do NOT give up. You cannot let your mind dictate your progress. You can do it !

I debated over the Polar or Garmin. I ended up with the Garmin 210 because of the GPS feature which allows me to map my runs & I can also monitor my running pace & calories burned by using the chest strap. I guess it all depends on what features you want & what you are really going to use. If it's only for HRM & calorie…
