Water definitively helps and there are some creams that you can try that have caffeine in them that also provide some moderate results. Self Magazine just did an article on it. Other than that, lunges lunges lunges :)

I do drink about 8 glasses of water a day and I really have no idea how much sodium is too much so clearly I need to look into that.

Definitely under a lot of stress. Trying to learn how to better deal with it. Thanks for the encouragement though. I'm just going to keep on moving
