Do you have a slow cooker? I sometimes make breakfasts in there and wake up to a nice hot breakfast.

My student job is with the university's HR department. The work load for students there is a lot more than for other departments, but at least the days aren't dull!

I don't log my Insanity workouts on MFP. I just changed my activity level to active like the eating plan suggests (even though I work in an office) and don't eat back the calories.

I do it at night. I suppose as long as you don't have any sleeping neighbors it should be fine. LOTS of jumping.
