I used a 20cm x 30cm baking dish (8" x 12") and it is 1/8th of that :) My husband, kids and I were all satisfied with one serve plus a green side salad!

Nope, Raguletto Bolognaise sauce only contains tomato purée, onions, herbs, sugar, salt and spices. I have been making my own, but had a jar to use up as I'm switching over to making EVERYTHING from scratch slowly but surely....... :)

62kg is my idea! (136.4lbs) is my ideal - I am 138.8 now (63.1kg) so quite nearly there, then need to focus on maintenance and increasing lean muscle mass percentages!

Haven't seen kanga mince, but I obviously haven't been looking very hard to be honest! Minced our own with the car a few weeks back....but hardly something that would translate well into a recipe ;)

Yep! The boiling reduces the bitter taste of the orange and being so soft after cooking, the whole lot just blends really smoothly.

No, but I think this entirely comes down to the size of your orange. Mine was HUGE. LOL! Water will have worked right? Hope they tasted good :)

So sorry, please see above calorie correction due to some fool using a database entry and not weighing her flour. You'd think I'd know better right? ;) Anyway, all weighed and corrected now. Thank goodness it only added 13 calories!!!

I assume so? Thin strong vanilla syrup type stuff? Not that it matters much, not a vital ingredient. These have a slightly tart taste that results from using the whole orange, but in a good way!

I love making beetroot, sweetcorn, tomato, red onion and bean mix salad! Just dice up the onion, beetroot and tomato and mix through with the corn and beans. I love a scoop of this with tuna on top! YUM! Beetroot is also good on pizza with marinated goat cheese feta and chargrilled red peppers! Mmmmmmm.......

Don't know where you are - but Woolworths have liquid egg whites in the frozen food section! Or Safeway if that's what you have. I found them last week - never thought to look there ;)
