Thanks for the info that this works with low carbing. I'm doing 40-30-30 and I've been trying to figure out how to apply this to my food choices. Do you worry about the glycemic index too-or do you just keep your carbs in check?

I hear you! My suggestion to see bigger results is more water and less caffine. Congrats on your success! I am also tall (5'11") with a large frame and I know how the pounds can creep on when you aren't watching. I think 180 is an admirable goal and it is SO attainable.
