Canned mackerel is excellent. I’d buy pepperoni and summer sausage for the trip.

Be careful with chromium and selenium. They can be toxic if taken too long at high doses.

1 to 3 dozen a week. They are a great source of choline.

salami, sliced cheese(seconded), summer sausage, pepperoni(seconded), beef jerky, and kefir

I'd recommend a good b complex and vitamin e(mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols) in addition to those nutrients. It's best to get them all from food even though it can be hard to do. https://tools.myfooddata.com/nutrient-ranking-tool.php This is the website I use to get a lot of info on what nutrients are in food.

Yeah I upped my magnesium as well. It really helped. I’m going to read The Magnesium Miracle, which I had for a while now but put off reading.

You might want to try some probiotics or sauerkraut. These actually keep me in a better mood. I recommend bio-kult advanced probiotics. They are expensive but really strong. The sauerkraut should be raw and refrigerated, not pasteurized.

I mean after the challenge or for those of us not on a challenge. I love Culver's (local fast food joint) Mushroom and Swiss burgers but I never thought about making my own until now since they were so high in fat. I definitely going to try making them soon, low carb style. Garlic and onion powder are no brainers. I…

how about ground beef burgers with mushrooms, sour cream, and Swiss cheese?

I’ve been thinking of clams in cream sauce like New England clam chowder but without potatoes.

eating 1 pm to 9pm is something I could easily do. I love tea so I drink that after 9 pm if I have some left but that's not much calories.

Klements was really good. I knew it would be. I had it with swiss and colby jack cheese. I was watching Solo at the time. I thought it was a decent movie although I heard a lot of people trash it. I'll be sure to try several other kinds of summer sausage as long as it doesn't have msg or other questionable ingredients.…
-
I bought Klements because it’s no msg. Can’t wait to try some. I would like to try summer sausage and a slice of Swiss cheese wrapped in nori or bacon and pepperoni wrapped in nori.
-
Lucky you until I steal it. Actually they are pretty cheap for the amount of meat you get.
-
Good luck on the exam! That was a good bad lip reading.
-
I'm thinking of buying Klements because I really like their beer brats.

I have seasons 1-7 on video and will rewatch most of them. There are only 6 episodes left but they will be around 90 minutes each so like 6 movies. The only tv I really watch is baseball, football, game of thrones, and movies. Good luck on going to nursing school, I hope you get good grades.

I'm hoping they don't mess the series up by killing off the wrong people, that would be a tragedy. Cersei can go.

Winter is also coming in April 2019. Game of Thrones Season 8, I'm a big fan of the series so far. I go off of low carb for holidays. I just try to eat reasonably and more veggies, spices, avocados, eggs, and other nutrient dense foods than I ever ate before.

Sesame Nori is tasty. I like the idea of it instead of carb heavy wraps.

I don't think you understood my posts or you are just looking for a fight because our many disagreements in the past. People should know all the nutrients and what they do. Maybe it would cut down on some of the problems people have. I know most people don't really care that much until it's too late. They'll just say it's…

epsom salt baths and asmr videos on youtube on my ipad for two things I do. I like to read too. Also I play guitar and piano for fun.

Sugary things can be healthy. You might need more vitamins and minerals in your diet. Dried apricots for one example are loaded with potassium but also very sugary.
-
You didn't really understand my post. I only mentioned the diseases because that's why we have recommended daily allowances in the first place. First world countries don't have much of a problem with these diseases with fortified food. They are not the best source of the nutrients but it will stop rickets with vitamin d in…

It seems like a routine that will end in soreness and/or injury. Add some weights to those exercises and do less of them and get stronger.

I agree with making soups and eating canned fish like wild salmon or mackerel. I make soup in a crockpot. I just cook chicken thighs for 2 hours, then throw in the veggies about 2 hours before it's going to be done. Carrots, celery, leeks, cilantro, kale, potatoes(I'm not super low carb) and some salt and it's done before…
