I suggest finding an exercise that you enjoy. Maybe a hobby/interest you had as a child or something you always thought you would like to try one day. I love Zumba!! I even joined Fernwood (Aussie Gym for the non-locals) so I could go. Wish there were more classes not associated to gyms in Brisbane.
