OP if you are gaining weight then you are not in a deficit. You need to be more accurate with your diary and weigh all food you put in your mouth.

I lost 121 pounds and now been maintaining all most 2 years. I did not find it that hard to lose weight. I am 47 years old. ;)

OP you will be lucky if you lose 3-4 pounds, so close to your goal weight you should only be shooting for 1/2 a pound a week. As everyone stated start strength training and don't worry about weight loss and also forget 1200 calories, eat more.
