  • You may have received your answer by now...Set your goals to your 1526 For example you were to work out tomorrow and you burned 800 calories. 1526(Goal) 1050 (food breakfast, lunch and early snack thus far) - 800 ( Exercise..calories burned) = 250 net [this shows on your home page] So when you go back to log in your food…
  • OK Ladies I'm putting it out there. I'm ready so here goes... I have previously lost a lot of weight and what remains is a bunch of flab and it's time to get the definition I so desire. Before Photo...take April 27 Starting weight 141 bodyfat % 27% waist 29 Hips 37 Thighs 22 The numbers above are the ones that I want to…
  • Your my MFP and I really do want to see you reach your goal! I would want someone to do the same for me. That's why I've been following your post. But yes you go it... You will NEVER EVER gain that weight back. First you won't allow it and secondly gaining weight takes work. The same effort to lose it...the same effort to…
  • I can see why your a little confused...and why your feel that you'll be eating too much. It was racking my brain as well until I sat down to do the numbers and some research. If you were not to exercise your cut TDEE will still allow you to loose weight. But your exercising to condition the body and transform your body and…
  • I agree with fiveohmike.... I wanted to add just a little bit. So now you know your BMR is 1532 that mean on non workout days you would eat 2237 your 15% cut from your TDEE. And on workout days you need to pay special attention and use your home page where it show your net calories to guide you. For example today you…
  • Thank you for the info.
  • Hi...I'm ready to get started. Currently I have been working on NMTZ from Jillian and I love it. I wish it was a little shorter, but overall this DVD makes you sweat. I'm ready to get Ripped in May. My wedding anniversary is at the end of May and I would love to get ripped for our big night.

  • All your schedules looks great...I will be working this program M-F and doing cardio 4x a week. She has a meal plan for this program, but I will not be following it!
  • Girl...white has nothing to do with it. I'm in the same boat as you. Another MFP was doing it with great success so I thought I would give it a try. I don't have an ounce of rhythm to save my life for a black sista...shameful. But let me tell you...don't give up...it gets better. Once I figured out to loosen my lower part…
  • You look like a new man. I don't know you, but I am so proud of your accomplishments. You have just saved your own life...how amazing is that. • Great work! Your words of wisdom was very sincere and I appreciate it. Thank you and great work....
  • You definitely do not have an eating disorder. The decision you've made to become Vegan should never be explained, defended or questioned. You have made a personal choice that no profession, friend or whomever should ever question. All that came out of your friends mouth was fear...When I turned vegan I sure had my…
  • You did a great job in such a short amount of time. The best part of our weight loss is that you still have shapely breast , a bootie....and your stomach does not show excess skin....You did a fabulous job in many areas. You should be very proud of yourself.. 10lbs to go or not you look beautiful! Great Work!
  • Congratulations to all of you who completed the 30DS today. I am really proud that you made it through. I still have a few more days to go, but you all worked so darn hard. I'll see you at Ripped in a few days..
  • Completed D4 and I'm really having a hard time with the traveling push ups and the plank leg raises. I have decided that if I don't get better by d8 and I'm still doing modified exercises I'll do L3 for 5 more days. I'll be moving on to Ripped next month and if I keep this up....ripped is going to rip me to shreds.
  • Completed L3D4 and I'm still struggling with circuit 3. I don't know about the rest of you but the walking push ups and the plank leg raises are doing a number on me. If I'm still on the modified version at day 8 I'm going to repeat this level for another 5 days. There is no way I can move on to Ripped if I can't handle L3…
  • This level knocked me out. I just completed L3D3 I'm bushed....no quitting here. She talked about a meal plan...Does anyone kniw about her meal plan for the 30DS
  • L3D1 Completed today....This lady is tough..she sure has a smart mouth. I refuse to quit. I'm so close to the finish line that it would be a crying shame.
  • When all these people say you look great...you really do...You carry your current weight really well. I can only imagine how you may look when you reach your goal. Keep up the good work just remember you sincerely are beautiful and the way you dress compliments your current weight. WTG!
  • That's it! L2 completed today. I am ready for L3.....Today I worked my but off just to say goodbye to L2. I also tried 6 week 6 pack today and it was a workout indeed!
  • O.K L2D10 COMPLETED!!! I did it! I'm on to L3 tomorrow.... I gave it my all today knowing it was my last day of this level! I also plugged in 6 weeks 6 pack from Jillian. I have to say this one is also good. Not a lot of cardio, but it really gets your heart rate up and burns the **** out of your abs and arms.
  • Yes...I had the same problem doing L1. Initially I was doing it everyday but I had to take a rest day here and there. L2 is much easier on the knees. What I did was rub it with A535 and did the modified exercises with the jumping jacks. It will get better when you give it rest and treat it. Keeping going....it will get…
  • OK I've completed L2D9...I'm a little behind you all. I had to take a few rest days. Now I'm at this stage of the game I am can really handle myself. I have no regrets in starting this program.
  • Completed L2D9. I am almost finished and I am excited. At this stage of the game I can really handle myself. I'm no longer struggling. I love it.
  • Yes...I can definitely see the difference, even in your face as well. Keep it up! Zumba...I keep hearing about Zumba....I think it's time I check Zumba out!
  • Just completed L2D8....and I can honestly say I can do a REAL push up. I have no regrets starting 30DS... quitting is not an option. I am a little over 1/2 way and I'm excited to see what I can do by the end.
