Did W4D1 on Sunday. It went pretty well and I'm excited for D2 tonight. Went sooooo slow on that first long interval, afraid I wouldn't make it. Next thing I knew it was over!

I use RunKeeper, which is free (the associated website is free and good, but does charge for some advanced features). It took about 15 mins to set up the C25K intervals and it works great so far. I love the maps and time/pace data it tracks.

I'm only a little ways into the c25k program and wanted to second the people who mention using apps if you have a iPhone/iPod or Android.
