I love this! Thanks for sharing. We could all use this reminder. I eat primal/paleo as well and i think that made a difference in the loss of body fat. But i guess i am biased lol

I have the same problem but theres a group on here for binge eaters so its a real issue and especially if your hindering your progress maybe you should use the support of the group

I would suggest trying a low carb diet while mainting your calorie intake with what it is. When you eliminate carbs and try to stay under 100 g a day it will lean you out This is my preferred version of low carb http://www.marksdailyapple.com/

I've found lots of other members are on low carb diets and i even found friends who eat along the same plan as my own which is a primal diet (low carb) Just got to look for em. The message boards are the easiest way as many have started their own groups to communicate with similar minded people.

I dont think anything would work better then Yoga. Vinyasa has helped me a lot, but any kind would do.
