I thought you were Paleo???????? You eat that many carbs? are they from grains, rice etc?

Well there is a divide. The Paleo communtiy seems to be more on the clean meat side. The Primal community (the one i enjoy) loves to eat steak, bacon, butter, avacados, red wine, Obviously i dont indulge in all of these things everyday but they are the most enjoyed foods of the primal lifestyle.

I took a look at your Diary and your eating a good amount of Calories to loose weight. My advice would be to cut out carbohydrates from grain, potatoes, pasts. If you can stay between 50 to 100 grams of Carbs a day you'll loose weight a lot faster. I always try to stay under 100

Its got to be a combination of your low calories and the food your eating. Try eliminating all carbohydrates like pasta, grains, potatoes bread. And limit your fruits.
