I love smoothie making! Have you tried a protein powder, like chocolate or vanilla, its like dessert! I like a matcha green tea smoothie or a mixed berry with peanut butter. Tried it a few years ago. Did not like the effects. Made my heart feel like it was going to explode, I got extreme hot flashes and stomach pain. I will never be taking another diet pill again. For me its all working out and eating right.

Drink a lot of water, make sure you get your 8 glasses. Thats really been helping me a lot, not only keeping hunger at bay but losing some weight as well. I'm glad you are joining us on your journey, best of luck!

I am in the same boat as well. Since starting to work out and eat better I have felt a lot better. It's a day by day thing but it doesn't need to rule our lives, we have control to make ourselves better all we have to do is do it :)

I eat 1 a day, usually lunch. They are kind of high in sodium but like you I drink a lot of water as well, I have lost weight in the past with them and I am now as well, hope this helps!
