Screw f'n macros....That's like saying that if you have the cals left just eat a poptart....You still have to eat smart. Here's a good article pertaining to the original post http://fitness.vpxsports.com/blog/bid/76460/How-to-Build-Muscle-While-You-Sleep

It's not a problem as long as you don't take in a bunch of carbs. Eat something protein packed that will satisfy the hunger and it will also fuel your body through the nightly fast.
-
That's awesome bro! It's obvious you put work in to achieve that.

To give you a very blunt answer; People are idiots. Everyone thinks they hold the magic key to getting in shape. There are too many people on here that think they know everything yet know close to nothing. In the end, everyone is different and you just have to do you and let others do them. I hate cardio, I'd rather lift…

Man, the old days were the best. Van Halen's Right Now playing while watching this amazing bottle of water, wait...that's Pepsi? And it's clear!? LOL. Maybe one day.
-
Haven't heard of it, but I will find it and try it. I still wish they'd bring back Pepsi Clear!

Max Fitness. They basically just renamed Gold's Gym in my town, so it's still the same equipment Gold's had.

My knees are horrible. They sometimes will do that when I squat and kneel, but if I crawl on the floor it sounds like you're taking bubble wrap and twisting it to make it all pop.

Definitely Supreme Protein bars. They are as good as candy bars. The PB&J bars are unbelievable! The other flavors are winners as well. They sell them at Target, WalMart, GNC...etc. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Congrats. That's amazing. And.....ROLL TIDE!!!!

Yeah. It definitely has a risk to reward ratio to it. I love that it's a "check your ego at the door" training where you don't go as heavy and just focus on form and negatives. I've been incorporating that into my workouts little by little, but the Blood & Guts takes it to the extreme with going to failure on all working…

All of them. I especially love his last recordings. All the pain he had endured in his life is right there in that trembling voice. You could tell he had become weak and that made the songs that much more strong. Hurt has to go down in history as the greatest cover ever recorded.

My favorite Pug names are Yoda and Otis (from the movie Milo and Otis)

My machines Wednesday showed me burning just under 100 calories for 28 minutes, but MFP had me at over 600...I always go with the low number, that way I'm not overeating where I shouldn't be.
