This was so helpful! The condiment trick is genius. I do hope you could add exercise estimates eventually (if you're knowledgeable on that subject) because that's so hard to track. Would we maybe reverse the adding 10% like you did with the food and subtract 10% of the exercise calories? Definitely sticky this!

I definitely dont see myself sticking with low carb for life. I guess that's an issue.

Is there more of a benefit to balanced vs low carb? I chose low carb because i know that 90% of my diet was carb throughout the years so i figured kicking that in the bud would be successful.

I actually do enjoy seafood. After a few ounces though, i do kept a bit squeamish if that makes sense? Same with egg. Maybe if it's mixed with something it'll be a bit easier, I'll try adding more fish in there, thank you.

I actually set a day of the week (for me it's Friday) and i don't worry about my calorie limit too much. Within reason of course, I'll allow myself pasta or cake or go out to eat with friends and just order a meal and enjoy it. I look forward to it every week and I've read a bit about how it can confuse your body and stop…

Because you still need to meet your calorie requirements yet fat/carbs are almost used up at the end of the day ,and I still have quite a few calories to play around with. If i were to grab something else to meet with the calories, one of those other categories would be over the limit.
