the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism works so you will burn at a quicker rate so it is all good

keep on with the cardio but also get some core training in to stregthen the deep muscles in your belly. exercises like the plank, side plank will get you started but get a trainer or look online for more and do them daily. you will shake to start with but this means you have engaged your core so shaking is good!!!

mine is a Sigma PC-15 and honestly has been the best buy for me! it cost me £30 and has my heart rate, training zones and calories burnt as just a few of the features. i dont work out without mine

i honestly dont know as it is meant to be as effective as an hour in the gym but it doesnt give you a big cadrio workout during my sessions my heart rate tends to be between 125 and 135 depeneding on what move/position i am in the monitor basically averages out to burning around 7 calories per minute - i have my vibrations…

i couldnt find power plate so i logged it as a new one and monitered my calories burnt on my heart rate monitor though this wont be accurate as the hrm cannot detect muscle contraction which is the whole purpose of the power plate!

i love love love exercises ont he ball, again great for core stability. i did pilates ont he ball for the 1st time at the weekend and it felt wonderful - i was shaking a lot but that just shows that it was working!

i do weights both hand held and the bar. i dont use machines as practicing technique is all part of it and works your core muscles like mad too. i have never been a lover of machines as you dont need to stabalise your core as much best thing to do is start small. i started on 6kg weights then as soon as i could get through…
