No idea on lasting time on semi-permanent color but you've got the general idea down for protecting it. Soak in regular water first, then coat in oil (like argan, coconut, etc.), then immediately after your swim, rinse out and condition again.

Had Breyer's last night. It had a coupon so how could I resist? Pleasantly creamy and soft. I wish the swirls were more pronounced but other than that, really enjoyable.

Before you buy....just don't. Trust me when I say, it's all a waste of money and time. Time you could use towards putting work into your weight loss. Money you could use towards groceries or some dumbbells.

Pinto and Pedro!! I love those names :joy: I have a chih-weenie who likes to go out on bike rides too. He likes walks too but also tires out pretty quickly. Here he is on one of his more adventurous days.

@theSophiemeister I have those same running shoes!! This girl is my cardio buddy. Once I fully recover from a stress fracture, we'll be running down to the river for more swims.

:sweat_smile: Yea, apparently this ancient looking creature from the void is called a Dobsonfly and is relatively harmless. See those scary-*kitten* pincers? Those are just to impress the ladies. The females have much smaller ones that can actually bite you!

Wow, I've missed so much. I tried catching up but ya'll are just too confession-happy :wink: I haven't noticed any ant problems where I'm at, but we did see this creature on our office doors this morning. I confess I took an alternate route into the office to avoid it.
