Sometimes I have salmon scrambles. If not, and decided to not eat I do coffee with extra cream. Then dinner I do steak and veggies.

try some meat with veggies or salmon with veggies for breakfast

You crash so easy from sugar and carbs at breakfast. I say try omlettes with veggies and avocado or steak and eggs!
