u ARE eating back as many EXERCISE calories as you can r u not? If not, start to! MFP already factors in 500 per day calories for loss when you set up. Eat your 1200 PLUS as many of your exercise calories as you can. If you exercise a lot u should have enough to eat.

I personally use loose green tea in one of those metal tea berries. Works great. If I used bags I would use one each time. Lipton ones aren't expensive. Buy the big bulk size. Lasts a long time.

I drink 4 to 5 green teas a day. When u consider it is actually better than fruit juice (so much acid and natural sugar) and has a ton of anti-oxidants that combat cancer causing free radicals, I believe it is an excellent drink. My shifts are all over the place but I eat a lot of raw veggies on nightshifts such as fresh snap peas, carrot sticks and drink a lot of green tea. Sometimes coffee, sometimes water or diet pepsi.
