This is my third week on the shakes. Really liking it so far :) I think my favorite shake so far is the one that taste like a butterfinger.

I just completed day 2 of level 2.......this level is challenging and I am not liking the plank stuff either! I am a sweaty mess after so I guess that is a good think.

Day 5 of level 1 for me, I increased my weights to 8lbs and then had to switch back to 5lbs halfway through. My arms were burning!

I did my day 4 today. I felt a difference today, actually wasn't dying by the end! I am also scared to see how hard the next level is.......

I was so tired after work but I made myself do day 2. So glad I did! Actually gave me some energy. I gotta say I am not missing all the jumping jacks from 30ds :)

Just finished my 1st day! It was a challenge but I liked it. :)

Today was my last day of 30ds. I didn't do the complete 30 days took off a few days. I am starting this tomorrow. Was going to try and do the 30 days straight but after reading some comments think I might do the 6 days and 1 day off also. This is my first time doing the ripped so I am excited to get started :)

I'm in! I actually ordered it off Amazon last night, will have it tomorrow :) It was the one Julian workout I didn't have, lol.

I did my shred this morning, after taking a few days off. I am back on track and did level 2 this morning and think I will do level 1 tonight!

Completed Level 2 day 3. I have been doing my workouts after work and I am wondering if it would be a little easier to do in the morning

I am still here! On level 2 day 2. Dealing with a hurt knee but pushing through it!

I just completed my workout. I hurt my knee and it was too swollen to workout yesterday, but I was able to do it today with my brace on :)

I rested yesterday so I completed day 8 today :)

Day 7 Complete!! Feels good making it through a whole week. I still need work on my push ups though......

I gained 1# last week, but I know once my body gets use to the new exercise the weight should hopefully start coming off again.

Just completed day 6! I noticed putting music on and muting the tv really helped me get through it easier.

Day 5 complete! Also did 40 minutes on the elliptical :)

I am still doing modified ones. I am going to try the regular push ups this weekend and see how many I can do. I figure my arms will eventually get stronger !! :)

Hey everybody! My starting weight is 165lbs, I'm 5'4". This challenge would be me closer to my goal weight which is 135lbs. So glad I found this group :)

Weekends are the hardest for me also. If I am planning on going out to eat, I make sure I work out in the morning and then I look up the menu for the restaurant (if they have one), if there isn't a menu with nutrition, I just make sure I order something that I know isn't too bad.
