Hey Ganesh, In your settings , you can choose any metrics you want. You could choose to be measured in Kgs or Lbs depending on your preference. 1 pound = .45 kg or 1 kg = appx .5 pound. Yes, School district is good but not the best in metro phoenix area. Then again, Our school districts are not the best in the country . LOL! Havasupai Falls- 12 mile treck to Indian Reservation.It is off of high way 89. Breathtaking falls, the best I ever seen. or Try hiking the Usery Mountains. - The landscape is sonora desert, and the weather is always cool and windy there. Ok , Here is the trick I use. I suck it in as much as I can :-) then measure around the belly button. Every 2 weeks. Always been happy with the results. :-) Good luck ! Don't let the scale get you down !

i try to limit myself to just one kind per day. i.e. Either Rice or whole wheat tortilla.. . I would imagine though that results from cutting all high carbs would be quicker. Do you plan on going vegan during that time

Breaking any habit requires you to recogize the triggers and have an action plan. eg : Move out of the kitchen area with your snack. so you dont continue to eat just because you have accessible food. Eat the snack and drink 16 oz of water before you step into your house.
