It is possible that your age/weight/height setup on fitbit could be incorrect, or that your activity level set incorrectly as sedentary on MFP (or both?)

2 pounds a week with so little to lose is too aggressive and the expectation for that kind of loss is unrealistic and unsustainable as you are discovering. No wonder you feel miserable! @kommodevaran is bang on with their advice. Be patient, this isn't a race.

^^So much this!!!^^ Don't sweat the irregularities, we all have them. I am still pudgy, squishy and lumpy...it won't stop me from enjoying my time on the beach (and wearing that bikini, regardless whether some people think I shouldn't.)

I took a peek at your food diary and noticed that you barely log on weekends, if at all. Assuming you eat on weekends, you are most likely decimating any deficit you create during the week.

Reduced calorie ice cream such as HaloTop or Breyers Delights or the Oreo thins! They hit the spot when I'm craving something sweet.
