my "check in" is every monday morning, and yes, i log it every time, whether it's a gain or a loss. helps me take responsibility and own up to a few bites i shouldn't have had the prior week. :tongue:

i only count water as water consumption. coffee, teas, or other flavored water are scanned in my diary - but then again, i only drink water - occasionally i'll have some OJ or coffee - again, which gets scanned. ;)
