Maybe try reprogramming your mind. Start each day with writing down 10 things in your life you are grateful for and why. After you write them, go back and read them followed by thank you, thank you and thank you. If your brain can spend more time thinking of what is going right, it creates more to feel good about.

It is a very good workout program. You can go over your fiber and protein intake, dont worry. Those estimates are low. Keep the food the healthy and carbs complex like brown rice, sweet potatoes and oatmeal.

Better to go over protein vs empty carbs that is for sure. Higher protein is preferred and MFP seems to give low numbers for protein.
