Clearly, you should have taken a picture of a toilet bowl with urine in it, and then squirted some cooking oil, taken a picture of that and then done the side-by-side. This was too complicated for some. =)

Just for kicks, can you humor us and explain if there is a particular reason you don't want to see a doctor and get some tests done to help you determine the cause? Or, if you're not concerned about health and just the fat macro, how about a nutritionist? Also, gallbladder issues?

Cottage cheese + crushed pineapple (edit: pineapple isn't "low carb" per se, but you can put a small amount to get the flavor and keep the carbs down ... or, add any other "mixer" to the cottage cheese. Sorry, need way more coffee this morning before posting!) :ohwell:
