all of those tips are pretty debatable... yet i practically do all of them and have had great results.

bananas are one of the best fruits out there because of their micronutrient content... ofcourse its more calorically dense so you have to portion it out differently than say strawberries but a big YES for bananas.

lol sorry higher rep ranges 8-12ish will build more skeletal muscle than lower rep ranges so idk wut ur saying... the bulk in your legs comes from eating too many calories or having too much body fat.. sure u can build muscle and have tighter pants but the legs should ateast look better when you do that, so if they look…

naw its no big deal... i dont do it cuz id rather eat them cooked so i can feel more full and add like hot sauce n stuff but do it if you want it wont kill you

because of the near impossibility of tracking BMR or exercise calories down to a single number.. just stick with how much you consume and not overcomplicate things and make it an ever bigger math problem.

glad you are stoked about losing 4lbs in a week and found weight lifting beneficial.. but if that weight was truly all fat weight and not water fluctuations etc.. then thats a steep caloric defecit and it would be ideal to just lose that 2lbs a week and be consistant because in the end you wont slow the metabolism as much…

^^^ truth...where as fat is needed for hormone function dietary carbohydrates are not necessary... so the answer is fat is more important to eat, but both sugar and fat are good for you.
