Me neither! Thought it was my pgone!

I love lurpack but go with the lighter version. It's 50 odd cals per 10g. A lot but when I cut it out I go back to it and put on again so I fit it in. A banana is nice on toast but it's a bit double carbs. I love peanut butter but it's not low cal. Honey is nice. Or egg mayo. Don't know if any are lower cal though.

I'm having chicken tomorrow, from the packet it's 213cals for 1 chicken breast at 150g.

I find just saying 'no thanks' or 'I'm really in the mood for something fresh' 'not in the mood for carbs/fatty food/chocolate' rather than you are counting calories or watching your weight helps. My husband is very supportive and will ask if I have enough calories for whatever or what another option would be but I do know…

Sodium is salt. Your body needs it but too much raises blood pressure. Cured meats have a lot of salt. The less processed the better. I like the odd subway, it's usually less calories than McDonald's or other fast foods. For optimum healthiness homemade is best. Brown bread has more fibre and keeps you full for longer but…

I don't think it's too bad. I wouldn't do the same exercise for 3 hours a day as it might have a bad effect on your joints but if you mix it up like different classes and you are letting your muscle groups recover then I don't see why not. I probably do near that amount most week days but at the moment I am on maternity…

Oh come on people!! This is why I go through huffs of not buying bananas (I work in a kitchen ). They come half way across the world, wrapped in bubble wrap, taken so much time and effort to grow and harvest for people to turn their nose up and bin a banana with a tiny brown patch. That's the sweet bit. Anyway I watched a…

Eat 1640 calories a day, burn however many you like but you can eat some or all back for example - you burn and extra 360calories, that day you can eat between 1640 - 2000 calories. The more you burn, the more you can eat but as it's not always accurate, some people just eat half the excerise calories.

Just came back to see how you are, glad you got a diagnosis but sorry to hear it wasn't a simple one. Hope you and your baby are OK.

Bravissimo is where I get mine :)

I'd just go with a coffee and be done with it. No point in trying to make out its healthy. I did get a free glazed doughnut in the queue when Krispy kreme first opened here. Never knew you could freeze them. Before watching cals I ended up eating a half dozen over a few days! Oops. The filled ones are more call. ..lucky…

Are you sure that's what it is? If your pregnant and having sharp pains I recommend getting checked out ASAP.

Overnight oatmeal for breakfast? You can grab a jar and go. For lunch, pastas, rolls, wraps, salads...loads you can take in a box. Homous and carrot sticks, nuts, fruit, oatcakes.

You can lose weight without but I think excersise makes the journey easier. The more muscle you have the more you burn even when resting. Also it helps with loose skin and tone. Obviously you have more calories to eat back if you like and also good for general fitness and well-being. It releases endorphins.

I use it in the gym now and again but I don't think it would be worth buying. Not convinced it works but i think it's worth a go.

I had my daughter in March and breastfed. I unfortunately had to stop breastfeeding when I lost my daughter at 1 month. I had just lost 2 stone before I became pregnant by fasting 2 days a week. (500-700 cal's 2 days a week). I put this and a little more back on in pregnancy but still had a lot to lose. I definitely find…

I have the same number of calories as you. I usually eat back exercise calories (just careful about logging them - tend to underestimate). I eat a variety but do find I'm more full if I add in more vegetables.
-
I have the S-health thing. I usually log anything well over 5000 steps as I have my account set to sedentary.
-
Oh meant to say - feel free to add me

I am trying to lose a lot! 50lb would be a great start. I gave birth in March this year, mummy tummy still on show!

I usually have breakfast the go, it's a drive away so I'm not as full by the time I get there. Couldn't go without, I'd be starving by the time I got home ( usually am).

Whichever has the lowest reading lol. I don't have home scales just use the gym ones or the print out ones in shops.
-
That's all you need! My group of friends are good but I have seen some cringey posts on other girls comments! Feel free to add me.

I don't really post food photos on here cause I'm not sure how really? My real life friends get those on what's app lol. A camera button like the scan button would be a good feature though for the news feed!

I like the New York bagels, they are 223 cals, it's a lot but keeps me full for a while. I sometimes get the bagel thins for 100cals though.

I used to work in a fast food place, someone once asked me to cut it into 8 instead of 6 because they were really hungry. Made me laugh so much.

Jack monroe is a famous blogger who started blogging when she had little money to feed her and her son. Lots of cheap healthy recipes. https://cookingonabootstrap.com/

Yeah mine are always low on mfp despite taking a multi vitamin daily!

I used to be a curves member but I felt a bit conned with their sign up fee ( the caught me at a time I was trying to lose a lot), it was expensive per month, then they had no showers and opened really odd times. With the gym I'm sometimes in the mood for a quick workout or a long haul. With curves if I was really in the…
