I try and crossfit 5 days a week, and my trainer tells me to keep moving on the weekend though, at least walking and stretching everyday. Stay moving :)

I"ve def done the trial and error method too. I work full time so I feel ya on the snacks and easy to get at work. Hummus and veggies always seem to work good. Different nuts too, but yea they are pricey, and chicken and black beans helps me stay full too... Little adjustments at a time I think are better then nothing. I…

Ive only lost about 30, and Ive been on forever, I eat the same as well, but it seems to depend on how much lifting im doing at the gym too... I'll have like 1-3 weeks of nothing, then drop drop drop... then it starts over, my last plateau was the longest....

HAHA Yea, Ive noticed they always have Man VS. Food or the food channel on at 24 Fitness! lol Im sweating my butt off and staring at food and drinks lol All I end up thinking about is what I'll be making for dinner. Horrible.....
