I looked at pictures of me from Christmas and couldn't get over how small I am in comparison to last year. I just couldn't believe I was looking at myself because what I see in the mirror seems so different.

I like mine on celery, baby carrots, tomatoes, and baked potatoes. I'm going to have to try them mixed in eggs. I bet they are good with boiled eggs also. How do you put them in salad? Melt them or cut them up or what?

I had a trainer who pushed a meat and fruit diet. It was a detox that required only eating meat and fruit for 7 days. The meat could be served however you want as long as it wasn't breaded or fried. I like Performance Whey by Optimum Nutrition. Chocolate Shake is the only flavor I have tried. It is very good, and 160 calories a scoop. I paid $40 for 5 pounds at my gym. Fresh fruits and vegetables are great. I like to take yogurt and string cheese (my work has a fridge). Nuts and sunflower seeds. And pickles!!!

Can you see the pictures okay? I tried resizing them but I guess it didn't work. I honestly don't see much of a difference in myself. I need some encouragement.

Kale chips are about 35 cals a cup if you make them with 0 cal cooking spray instead of olive oil. There are lots of recipes if you google it. They are soooo addicting!!!

I'm 27 and 5'7". I started at 303 on March 1 and currently weigh 267. My goal is 150, which is right in the middle of the healthy range for my height. My goal weight for June 9th is 264.

I get annoyed at the teen girl who get in the front row where the mirror is and stare at themselves with a sexy look the whole time! And it's even worse when the instructor lets them lead the class!

I use Pandora when I work out. The hard rock strength station is good. There are several workout stations on Pandora.
